Rian Ross – Owner/Broker

Rian Ross is the Broker and Owner of Southwest Commercial Real Estate. A 15 year veteran of the Commercial Real Estate industry, Mr. Ross has extensive knowledge and expertise in brokerage, marketing, and selling commercial properties.

Mr. Ross is a native of the Las Vegas Valley. His previous work experience includes credit analysis and business lending for First Interstate Bank, Property Management for a large Commercial Management company, and partner of Griffin, Ross, and Julian, a Commercial Real Estate Company.

Rian Ross has completed real estate transactions in excess of $100,000,000.00 during his career. His experience includes land disposition and acquisition, retail tenant and landlord representation, all types of investment transactions, leasing of industrial, office and retail projects, and property management.

Mr. Ross has experience in the development and entitlement of projects for his clients, including analyzing the highest and best use of properties, zoning, and use permitting.

Rian Ross' affiliations include the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, the Las Vegas Rotary Club, former Board Member of the American Red Cross, member of International Council of Shopping Centers, and member of the Board of Realtors.

Mark Boeddeker – Vice President of Land

Mark Boeddeker is a graduate of Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, CO.  Mark has lived in Las Vegas for 10 years, and has eight years of real estate experience in the retail and land arenas. Mr. Boeddeker is an expert in retail tenant representation, and provides his national and regional clients with superb market knowledge and representation. His negotiating skills draw from years of retail knowledge.

Utilizing market knowledge and contacts, Mr. Boeddeker has engaged in land transactions for developers very successfully. His land brokerage services have resulted in some of the largest land transactions in all of Southern Nevada.

Adam Courrier - Broker/Salesperson

Adam Courrier is a graduate from the University Nevada Las Vegas Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies, where he co-founded the Real Estate and Business Society (REBS).  A Broker/Salesman since 1998, Adam began his real estate career at CB Richard Ellis.  Mr. Courrier’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to build several small businesses, each resulting in great experiences and much success.

Mr. Courrier began his career at Southwest Commercial Real Estate in 2004 practicing numerous specialties in the commercial real estate arena.  Working with Rian Ross, Adam had several successes right away, proving his talents of research, marketing, relationship management and solid analytical skills. Mr. Courrier’s client service and integrity are second to none, and his rapid success proves it.   Since being at Southwest, Adam has taken on varied assignments relating to raw land, build-to-suit projects, leasing, and tenant representation.  His client roster includes Capriatti Construction, Concorde Development, Turnberry LTD, Roush Industries, Dr. Frankel, Dr. Hadoung, Accudata Title, and Carson Property Management.
